How do I get free shipping?
All domestic orders above $50 after discount is eligible for free shipping.
Do you ship globally?
Not yet unfortunately but we are hoping to be able to ship to you soon!
Which shipping carrier is used?
We use Sendle as they offer excellent service from our warehouse in Brisbane.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day after an order is received but ask you to allow 5 business days for some orders to be dispatched.
We send orders out via standard shipping. Domestic orders (within Australia) will take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days and up to 10 business days to arrive if you’re regional.
The delivery timeframes we give are not a guarantee, as the courier movements are out of our control.
Will my parcel be left on my doorstep?
Yes unless your order weighs more than 500g (4 or more products purchased). All 500g (or less) satchels are automatically assigned authority to leave. This means the delivery driver has permission to leave the parcel at the delivery address without a signature when the parcel is delivered (as long as it’s safe to do so).
This means you accept the risk of goods being left at the premises without your signature. Please note we won't be liable for any stolen parcels. If you do not think the delivery address will have a safe place for the parcel we recommend getting the parcel delivered to an address where it will be safe to leave.
What happens if I entered the wrong delivery information?
